Why work with us?
We are a leading UK based blog for active and adventurous family travel with an archive and experience that spans more than 10 years. We are on a mission to encourage families to get out, get active and adventure together, both everyday and through once in a lifetime adventures.
We offer you the opportunity to communicate with a niche, engaged readership of individuals and families with an interest in active and adventurous family living and travel. We have an active presence on social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, G+, Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr, Vine and our own Punkt! geo-tagged video map. Our readership extends across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Australasia. Many of our readers are actively seeking ideas, inspiration or practical information about adventures in everyday living, adventure holidays or once in a lifetime family adventure travel and we know from feedback that our posts can be influential in their travel and lifestyle choices and decisions.
We are specialists in live feature style blogging that showcases destinations, attractions and experiences through professionally written copy, strong images and entertaining video clips. We bring twenty years experience of journalism, promotions, business management, creative work and adventure travel to the table and work in a business-like fashion to tell positively structured, honest stories about the places we visit and our experience of them.
We are active as part of the wider parenting, travel and family travel blogging communities and have developed guest posting relationships with other sites and media to help extend reach when appropriate to a campaign or story.
While we have our own evolving blog, website and social media we are equally happy contributing copy, content or conversations as part of wider campaigns in social or conventional media. We take a wide view and look to leverage promotional benefits beyond our own channels through relationships and contacts we have or can develop with other businesses, companies, travel sites, blogs and conventional media.
We are experienced in working with brands, destinations and resorts and come recommended. See the testimonials that follow.
Testimonials
Leading Outdoor Brand: “We definitely made the right choice in the Family Adventure Project. They regularly delivered content that was consistently engaging, insightful and informative, which helped deliver results well beyond what we expected.” Digital Marketing Executive, Berghaus.
Destination Marketing Organisation: “What intrigued us about The Family Adventure Project was that they travel as a family with three children. As a family they filled a gap in coverage of the Faroe Islands as a destination and we have been very pleased with our cooperation with them. Their many enthusiastic, sincere and fun blogs about their visit to the Faroe Islands are very valuable in our efforts to create a versatile image of the Faroe Islands as a destination.” Senior Adviser, VisitFaroeIslands
Adventure Kits Company: “The Family Adventure Project reviewed our product with a huge amount of enthusiasm and wit, producing a review that was engaging, professional and optimised for searches. Stuart, Kirstie and the whole family showed a real understanding of what the kit and our company are about and their promotion of the review through their social media channels was a real bonus. They produced a great range of images and some lovely and amusing footage of the family using the kits. They have been a pleasure to work with and we hope to work with them again in future.” Marketing Executive, The Battlebox Company
